6. Gast via E-Mail informieren (InformGuestViaEmail) → Betreiber informieren (InformOperator)
7. Optional closing Prozedur blockieren (TextBlocker)

When to prefer this over classic occupancy: No table/plan-element pick; the menu is the product.
