Notify operators (email, push, or unread inbox) that a procedure finished or needs attention.

When to use: Right after Informez les clients par e-mail (InformGuestViaEmail) in nearly all production booking procedures. (Step type id in backups often appears as InformOperatorViaEmail configuration.)

Typical place in the funnel: Closing notify pair; sometimes followed by Réorganiser le menu (ReOrderMenu) or Procédure de blocage (TextBlocker).
